Hydraulic Parking Lift

A hydraulic parking lift is a system that parks vehicles vertically one above another. It uses a hydraulic mechanism and geared motor to move the platform. When the system is turned on, the hydraulic pump pushes fluid into the cylinder, which lifts the platform upward. When the pressure is released, the platform comes down smoothly and safely. Our parking lift system runs on a geared motor with chain sprocket mechanism and takes around 30 seconds to complete a full up or down cycle.

Each platform on Vision's hydraulic parking lift handles up to 2000 kg. That covers sedans, SUVs, and tall boy vehicles with a maximum length of 5000mm and width up to 2000mm, so most standard passenger vehicles fall well within the limit.

Space requirements depend on the model you choose, but generally you will need a platform area of around 3850mm in length and 2100mm to 2300mm in width.

It depends on the vehicle types being parked on the system. For a Sedan parked above another Sedan, you need at least 3500mm of clear height, and for an SUV above an SUV, that goes up to around 4250mm. It is always worth getting your site measured before finalising a model, since even small differences in available height can change which configuration works for you.

It can be installed in homes, apartments, office buildings, car dealerships, service centers, and commercial parking areas. Before installation, space availability, floor strength, ceiling height, and power supply must be checked carefully.

Common issues include hydraulic fluid leaks, slow platform movement, unusual operating noises, control panel glitches, sensor faults, and motor overheating. Regular servicing and inspections help prevent these problems.

Once the site is ready and civil work is completed, a standard installation usually takes between 3 and 7 working days. Vision's team manages the complete installation and commissioning process.

Hydraulic parking lift systems should be serviced every 3 to 6 months. Routine servicing includes checking the motor, chain mechanism, lubrication, safety sensors, brakes, and overall system performance. Vision also provides after-sales support and maintenance.

If the power fails, an electromagnetic brake automatically locks the platform in place to keep the vehicle secure. The system also includes a manual lowering option, allowing the platform to be safely lowered when required.
